I know that Anthony Bourdain has declared the Three Piggies sandwich at Silver Palm to be the "greatest sandwich in America" and, having tried it, I agree it is fantastic.  I also know that Dave Cole swears by the Italian subs at both Bari in Chicago and Jimmy's in Dallas but, I officially declare the Tartufo sandwich at Panino Giusto to be the. best. sandwich. ever.  Prosciutto, tomato, brie, and arugula on hot crusty bread with a drizzle of truffled oil.  I could have eaten three.
